It Ends Tonight

High School is over. The place that I thought I would never get out of. I can't even believe it. I thought for sure I would cry yesterday leaving school for the last time but I didn't. I don't think it has truly hit me yet. It felt like it took so long to finally get to senior year and now its all over. No more tests. No more projects. No more homework. ITS SUMMER! Now my days will be filled with getting ready for Junior Miss and getting ready for the new stage in my life...college! GO TIGERS!

Junior Miss

As you all know, I will be traveling to Mobile, Alabama for the America's Junior Miss Nationals. Last week I got the chance to travel to St. Richard's School to introduce myself as Missouri's Junior Miss and to have some fun. Also, I just found out today that while I am in Mobile they will be supplying me with a camera phone to take pictures constantly and then upload them to a blog. I am responsible for writing in this blog for 15 minutes every night so all of you guys at home can keep up with everything I am doing. You will have an ooppurtunity to comment on it with little messages you want to give me or anything like that. I also found out where you can watch the show if you are unable to get to Alabama to see it in person. The link is below.

Here so soon?

Tomorrow is the big day. The one year anniversary for me and Sam. Excited? Most definately! Astonished? yeah. Who would have ever thought that Sam and I would make it this far? But here we are still together approaching the one year. We had a pretty rocky start which Im sure most of you all know, so how did we make this work? I do not even know. All that I do know is that Im most definately glad that we did. I've been in long term relationships before and what I've come to realize is that I was not truly happy. Sam has a way of pushing my buttons but then makes me laugh so hard I can hardly take it. So now we're off to MIZZOU together and I couldn't imagine going with anyone else. Happy One Year to me and Sam!

Junior Miss Outing

Ever since I became Missouri's Junior Miss I haven't really had a chance to really appreciate it. I've been so stressed with school and Getting everything done for Nationals that I forgot what I had alreayd won. But on Sunday this all changed. As Junior Miss I got to participate in the Valley of Flowers Parade. I felt like a celebrity. Everyong was cheering me on and clapping. One guy even told me he loved me. ha ha The day was great. I got REALLY sunburnt but thats okay. It will turn into a tan. To make my weekend even better, I got to see Chase too. He had to go to the lung doctor here at Children's Hospital. The doctor was so happy with the way he was sounding that he is taking him off one of his medications right away and then he will work his way off the other. YIPPEE! Hope everyone else had as good of a weekend. ttyl

Wow. It has been a long time since I have written anything on here. To tell you the truth, nothing new has really happened. Still stressing about Junior Miss as I struggle to get everything turned in on time. Last Sunday I got to see Chase which of course is always a great time. Other than that, its the same old same old.

in with the new beautiful hair do.

So I cut all my hair off today. Literally. Or at least it feels that way. I got at LEAST 6 inches off. So much that she had to put my hair in a ponytail and cut that off. It was absolutely terrifying but in the end i LOVE it. Its amazing. It will take half the time to do in the morning (hopefully?) and it looks super cute. Just in time for Mrs. S to take my pictures with Sammy and for Junior Miss. It is going to be a blast. Tonight after I got my hair done I went to Sam's brother and sisters birthday party and here is a picture to show ya just how much of my hair is gone!
